1. Acceptance
By accessing www.bulkjoy.ltd (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. The Site is a B2B wholesale platform; these Terms form the basis of every order you place with us.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and purchasing on behalf of a business. Consumer laws that apply to retail buyers may not apply.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Products, MOQ & Custom Orders
- Listings show minimum order quantities (MOQ); smaller quantities may be declined.
- Specifications, colours, and materials are indicative; minor variations are normal in toy manufacturing.
- Private-label / ODM: buyer-supplied designs and tooling are handled under separate confidentiality terms; custom moulded or printed items are produced to the approved sample.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are wholesale ex-works unless stated. Payments are processed via PayPal. Quoted prices exclude international shipping, import duties, and taxes unless a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option is agreed in writing.
6. Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it. Production/personalised orders generally cannot be cancelled once manufacturing begins.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Lead times, incoterms (EXW/FOB/DDP), and carriers are stated per order. Risk passes according to the agreed incoterm.
8. Intellectual Property
All Site content, branding, and product photography are ours or licensed. Buyer designs shared for ODM remain the buyer’s property and are used solely to fulfil that buyer’s order.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Yiwu, Zhejiang, China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
