What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and whether it is a stock design or a custom OEM/ODM project. For in-stock fidget and squishy designs we can often start from a few hundred pieces and mix colours and styles in one carton. Tell us the items and quantities you have in mind and we will confirm the exact MOQ.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sampling is typically 3-7 days for existing designs and a little longer for fully custom moulds. Production lead time depends on order volume and customization, and we share a clear timeline with the quote. Our team usually responds to new enquiries within 48 hours.
What certifications do your toys comply with?
We work with factories that produce to the safety standards importers require — EN71, ASTM F963, CPC/CPSIA for the US, CE for Europe, and REACH where applicable — and we help you obtain the test reports and documentation needed for customs clearance and marketplace compliance. Please note: for trending and clearance items, international certificates (e.g. CE/EN71) are not always included; we state the exact certificate availability for each product and can arrange third-party testing if you need it.
Can you do OEM / ODM and custom packaging?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM: custom shapes, artwork, colours, logo embossing and private-label packaging from your samples or drawings. Our sourcing and production team manages the whole program from prototype to delivered goods.
Do you offer DDP shipping?
Yes. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door to a wide range of countries, so the landed cost including duties and last-mile delivery is clear before you order. This removes the customs and brokerage hassle for most buyers.
What payment terms do you accept?
We operate on a 100% advance-payment basis. Payment can be made via Wise or Remitly to our Alipay account. We will share full product and packaging details with you before payment so you can double-check everything.
Can I inspect the goods before shipment?
Yes. Pre-shipment quality inspection is fully supported and welcomed at our Yiwu warehouse before the goods leave. We encourage you to review all product details and packaging specifications with us before making payment.
What kind of invoice do you provide?
We provide a commercial invoice for every order. Please note that official VAT / tax invoices are not available.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. Once payment is made, the order is accepted under these terms and we do not accept returns or exchanges, so please carefully review all product details, packaging and quantities with us before paying.
How do you ensure product quality and compliance?
Every order can go through pre-shipment inspection with a QC report at our Yiwu warehouse before it leaves, and we draw on a broad, continually expanding catalogue built from hands-on sourcing experience. We can also arrange third-party inspection if you require it.
Which countries do you ship to?
